Super clocked.

What exactly is the difference between these? I can see the number differences, sure. But I'm not sure what those numbers represent. (Noob.)

Also the 6970 are 2gb cards and this is a 1280 card, but everyone says the 570 is better?

Last question, will I need a bigger power supply? Apparently my Rosewill 530 is junky.

One is factory overclocked. You can overclock it yourself. Some people say the overclocked version used cherry picked parts. Get the std edition if there is a diff in price.

Everyone will tell you to get a nicer PSU for that card.

This is my minimum PSU recomendation for 1 GTX570, 650TX. Not best made but a good one.

Thanks for the quick response, and I guess looking over the "Details" tab would've answered that question for me. If you have anything you'd rate a bit higher, PSU-wise, I'd definitely like to see it. I've been considering getting something new for a few months now, and this modular idea seems interesting.

For $10 more, I think I'll go with this Superclocked one because I'm lazy.

Do you want enough power to run a second GPU in the future?

It's really not worth the money to buy the SC GTX 570.. You can easily overclock the standard 570 higher than the SC. The 6970 is better for multiple monitors because of the 2gigs of DDR5, and also because you only need 1 6970 to run multiple monitors. For the 570 you would need to put them in SLI to have multiple monitors.

For a $10 difference, I suggest to get the Superclocked one.

Overclocking can be a time consuming process and sometimes can be scary and/or disastrous too, especially for a lazy noob (sorry to be this brunt).

Relevance? Where they both superclocked? Or did you have to RMA them because they're XFX?
