alright, so you plugged in the cpu power, correct?

Have you tried reseating your RAM, possibly switching them to the other color. Also make sure your SATA cables are all snug in place

no on another system i can test the GPU in but i definitely missed it there was a cap on two pins for the six pin connector for CPU i took it off plugged in my PSU started the system again and got my pretty little beep and my HD working....sounded beautiful but i couldn't see it still

i considered reseating my ram to the blue color they are in teh black atm...didn't know which ones where DIMM 1

Put the ram in the same color coordination, some people accidentally put them in slot 1 and 3 on the mobo. put it in 1&2. then 3&4

I'm a little confused...

in your quote your saying 6 pin connector for the CPU when it should be either a 4 pin or eight pin plug (4+4). The mobo cpu power port is either 4 or 8 pin, sometimes with a 4 pin cap...maybe i'm not reading it right but it sounds like you managed to use a 6+2 pin PCIe power cable for the CPU...

is this possibly what you have done?

ok so i totally just took a peep its a 6 pin and then 2 were covered i plugged in an 8 pin into that slot thanks primo but yes thats what i did my contacts are out they have to soak for 6 hours and have work in the am
