Perhaps you have already used it. Even then, $70 is a pretty good price for such RAM.
Are you not already set to the stock timings?

You could try that but I highly doubt you'd get better results than what you have now, unless you can lower timings at 1333Mhz.

Ah, I just about forgot you were getting memtest errors; you should indeed try it, it would likely help to be running at the exact rated settings. Hopefully you can lower the timings again if you confirm stable at 1333 9-9-9.

if I don't want to OC my ram that's fine too right...like keep them at stock settings...

also which exact settings should i manually change for my ram there's so many under DRAM

Wow, that's nice to know, though 1333 9-9-9 memory is still known to hold back overclocking regardless. You may be lucky and reach 4Ghz CPU, who knows.
