SOLVED Cant leave homegroup on my desktop rig.

Thread Starter
Hey all. I have just got my new internetconnection up and running. I wanted to start a new homegroup, but I cant leave it. When I try it says: windows cant remove this computer from the homegroup. I have a laptop and it works fine there. Im using a router to connect wireless with laptop. Ive tried different things like restarting peer networking, but it wont start.

Cant start the service Peer networking Grouping on local machine
Fault 1068: A sub service or group that it depends on, could not start.

Anybody help me with this damn problem?

EDIT: Ended up deleting a file called idstore.sst.new in location

C:\\windows\\serviceProfiles\\LocalService\\AppDat a\\Roaming\\PeerNetworking.

You know you didn't have to do that...
All you had to do is leave workgroup in networking and then disable two services. Hah.
