Gigabyte EP45-UD3L/Q9300 where to even start OC'ing

My Set Up: Gigabyte EP45-UD3L socket 775 motherboard.
Intel Q9300 2.50 GHz CPU
EvGA GTX 460 1 gb version
4 gigs of OCZ gold RAM at 800 MHz
650 watt OCZ PSU

***EDIT*** FOR SOME REASON I CAN ONLY UPLOAD 1 PICTURE***EDIT***

Ok I've searched around a bit, but could not find the specific info I'm needing to even begin to gain the confidence to start overclocking with my new gigabyte/quad core combo. I don't even know what most of the settings in my bios mean or do. I was able to oc with my p5n-d. and 680i very easily, but this gigabyte seems to be a whole new kind of beast, with tons more options.(not a bad thing) but I don't understand them. Basically, my goal is to get this thing to 3.2-3.3 GHz. Also, the temp monitor on my chip seems faulty because on 2 cores I will be around 38-42, and the others I'm around 50-58. My bios temps read much lower, at 32 idle. Also, I had those temps with my big typhoon cooler, as well as the stock intel heatsink. I will most definitely be buying after market cooling soon, but I'm confident faulty temp readings aside, I can reach a decent low 3 gig overclock on this stock cooling for now.

Basically I need my hand held here and will provide pictures of all my bios settings and was hoping if someone wouldn't mind going through it all and giving me a jumping off point as to what to set my settings to. I would greatly appreciate any help with this. And yes, I know, I will be getting aftermarket cooling ASAP, but was hoping for some help ocing on stock for the time being as long as I can keep my temps within a decent range.

If you need any more info I would be happy to provide it, and thanks again, even for looking. smile.gif
