Multi-23
Blck-174
CpuV-1.30

1.225 is WAY to low to hit 4GHZ stable. 1.3 may be too high but it won't hurt anything and once you get it stable at 4GHZ you can dial back on the voltage run IntelBurnTest for an hour make sure it is stable and lower again. Then repeat until it is as low as it will go running stable.

I know this post is Ancient, But im willing to bet its either his QPI voltage, or his TRFC is set too low. I had no problem adjusting my other memory timings. Just because your memory is rated to run at a certain speed, does not meant it will.

My memory for instance is rated for 2200mhz cas 7. To achieve this i have to push my QPI way past the 1.35 suggested intel maximum to over 1.7QPI.

Although the performance is there... even with aftermarket coolers the higher memory freq jacks your core temp up big time.

So i run 1600mhz 7-7-7-24-72-1T

I would also like to mention overclocking is NOT for the novice... never i repeat NEVER let your board regulate your memory voltages.. I fried my last i7 950 because of Auto voltage settings. The CPU auto voltages never gave me any problems even at extreme overclocks.

Another note is i found using your highest cpu multiplier is best for Temps vs. increasing BCLK.
