Please list the fans, including model numbers and especially the Amperage listed on each fan's label.
Please tell what motherboard you are really using for this project.
Fans come voltage controlled (small 3-pin plug), PWM controlled (small 4-pin plug) and uncontrolled (two fan wires going to a large 4-pin Molex connector; it is designed to get power directly from your PSU).
In general, if the Amps add up to less than the total current a motherboard fan header can tolerate, you can gang them together using Y-cables. The best one is here
