High 2D Mem Clocks on 5970 For 3 Monitors

So using my 5970 with 3x 25.5" monitors, in order for there to be no screen flicker my 2d mem clocks have to be up at 1200 MHz with the 10.12 drivers. Anything lower will cause really annoying flicker all the time.

Not sure if its just the drivers as I never lowered my mem clocks in previous drivers since they were just left at 400/1200 for 2D clocks all the time. But with 10.12 they dropped it back down so I had to raise them.

This just seems like a really high clock for just surfing the web and what not. I was wondering if anyone else has to do this?

I currently keep the 2D clocks at 301/1200. The 301 is so it matches my PPU lol

had the same problem but i have a dual monitor setup (no eyefinity). i had to flash my bios with higher 2d clocks so that my second monitor wouldnt flicker (400/1000). the clocks do seem high but that is the cost (i guess) for having a multi-monitor setup. on a single monitor, or course there is no flicker.

also, nice OC. how much voltage are you giving for card?

All 1.3V lol this xfx card doesn't seem to be able to hit 1ghz no matter what though. Thanks for your input. I still had screen flicker with 400/1000 which I thought was weird. Could just be the driver though, games I play will crash with my current overclock and this driver every now and then but not with previous drivers.

Just curious, why did you go the flash bios method for the 2d clocks instead of the editing an ati profile method?
