Hi

I just switched to a new board TA890FXE but Im not sure if my current ram is supported.
G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666)
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product...82E16820231190

Its not listed in the memory support list on biostar website but why it wouldn't fit? same thing (DDR3 1333 PC3 10666)
http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/...t.php?S_ID=482

Thanks.

it'll fit but you won't get that great of performance out of it, in other words it's not recommended if you want a good set of ram to go with your board.

It'll work but it is a ripoff for that price.
Just avoid memory with PSC IC's/chips on that board, i.e. most Ripjaws series kits.
