hardware malfunction?????

hi guys i don't know where to put this so putting it here
hope this is the right place
lately my pc has given me a bsod twice within a week and a half
stating hardware malfunction
*contact system vendor*
system halted

i got this twice once whilw running occt after undervolting my proccy to check its stablity
and 2Nd time i got it while playing mass effect while keeping my processor undervolted.....
now first i thought it could be because of undervolting but i just did a slight undervolt(my mobo default were 1.33 and i took it down to 1.24 at stock no overclocking is done)so i dont think it could be caused by that another thing i would like to mention is currently while these errors occured i was not using a ups coz its gone bad....and there are sometimes slight voltage fluctuations in my area + somtimes current just goes off for a few miliseconds and come back but my pc remains on for that tiny period......
plese help somebody what is it a h/w or s/w fault?????

Try it while putting voltage controls as 'AUTO' or 'Default'
