Maybe I made a mistake

Thread Starter
My wife and I were just out xmas shopping and ended up buying a new tv at a large unnamed chain store. We bought a samsung 40" lcd 60 hz for..well under 500. Now I'm having a little buyers remorse. For 130 more I could have bought a Toshiba led lcd 40" 120 hz. Only real probs I see with the samsung are 60 hz and only 1 hdmi input where the Tosh has 4 plus plus many other niceties. Should I return in the morning and spend the extra 130? Dam impulses.

I would return it and get the toshiba, you might wanna find out if they have restocking fees though cause sometimes they can be a little pricey. Samsung makes great TVs though so dont sweat it to bad.

So basically nothing that will utilize 120Hz.

My advice is go back to the store, sit down, and watch some TV on both. Go see the real difference between a LCD CCFL vs LCD LED and then decide if its worth 25% more to you.

The real pain in the butt though is going to be it having only 1 HDMI. On mine I have 3 and all 3 are used. Blu-Ray, cable box, 5770 from the computer.

I think it is worth it to return it. My new 240 hz tv looks greats when watching sports.
