Could i put this in raid with this? To combine the storage together.

yes but its a waste it would only run at the speeds of the slower drive. Waste of money, just get another kingston drive. ALSO only 30 GB of the Vertex2 woudl be available. I woudl just get the vertex2 and toss the Kingston or use it as cache drive or something.

System would be faster with just the Vertex 2.

micro center has a nice ssd. sand force 1222. $99 for 60 gb i think it was.
Raiding ssds = fail for home and gamers. Just get a faster ssd. I had 3 vertex in raid. load times longer, longer boots. No point.

well you could.

however
the 120GB would be reduced to 30 GB, so you would have a 60GB array that would be worse then having just the 120 GB by himself.
