draining.. QDC or..? (pic)

after much debate, here's my final tube path... ignore the actual tubing, i haven't cut it yet.. the red lines are how it's going to be routed

what would u guys do for draining? should i add a QDC right there?

i guess i can just cut the tube instead of hassling with a QDC.. is it even necessary? not 100% sure how it's used , can i drain each end separately after i disconnect it?

if you don't need that long tubing,i'd say cut it to drain it.i have to figure out myself on how to drain mine when i get it hooked up too.

well, i'd rather not cut such long tubing every time i need to drain it... it'd be a waste

that's why i thought QDC would be a good option (?)

I got QDCs all over the place, and I have actually redone my config countless times thanks to ease of using QDCs. If you are using one QDC pair from draining, I say run with it. I love them because it makes it easy as hell filling the system up. I say have one QDC pair for draining and one for filling. I will post pics later so you can see how things look.

it's not as long as the pic makes it seem.. it'll probably end up just a bit longer than your pump -> cpu inlet

i was going to do it your way but changed my mind, looks nice either way though

btw, how do you drain your loop?
