6970 Game Benchmarks, with OC!

I started these in another thread, but I'm consolidating so it's easier to look at.

System Configuration: See Sig. It is exactly as it reads aside from GPU clocks, which are noted before each print screen. The driver used is 10.12a, and the power control in CCC is set to +20 to eliminate the possibility of the card throttling (perhaps).

What I am benching:
-edit: Whatever I can. I had previously decided not to bench synthetics, but I figured that I might as well, since they'll probably be in higher demand than actual games. frown.gif

If there is a game you would like to see benched, the only requisite I have is that I either own the game and can use a built-in bench or timedemo, or a complete bench package is provided as freeware.

I am benching the below games at settings I was playing at with CF 5850s, so don't expect to see ridiculous 100+ FPS results. If something's running over 90FPS continually, it's not worth comparing on this card.

What I don't want in this thread:
-Dickswinging. I don't care what your allegiance is, if you're being a douche to another member and arguing about trivial things, I will report your post and have it removed from this thread. I am providing this information so that other 69xx owners can compare their results to mine, or simply for others to understand how these cards OC.

Well then. On to the results. I will be updating frequently (I hope) tonight and tomorrow, as I've got the flu and have nothing better to do. *cue Price is Right losing horn*

Crysis:

Not a game that loves the K10, as you can see:

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Call of Pripyat:

Here is a screen of the "Advanced" menu:

980/1575 -- dropped my mouse during the 'Day' run on this one, caused a quick FPS drop. You can see by the average result that it was simply momentary.

Metro 2033:

Volumetric effects in DX11 are not kind to this card. Have a look:

Aliens vs. Predator:
Benched at default settings.

I'm working on some others, so check back often if you would like. Thanks for looking, guys!

Indeed. Ideally, if someone can provide 570 results at the same percentage of OC, I will add them to the first post.

To anyone posting GTX 570 results in this thread: It would be most helpful if you have a GTX 570 paired with a Phenom II as the i7s will not be comparable in Crysis and, most likely, Metro 2033.

Another good point. Hell, too bad nobody I know locally has a 570, I would just borrow it.

sub50hz how are you gonna change voltage on it?
do they just need to update a driver?

Voltage will be adjusted when RivaTuner/AB support it.

I have rethought my policy on running synthetics, and will indeed provide a few, including the very in-demand Heaven, maxed out in every direction.
