how do I start folding@home

I would like to start folding at home and I dont know how so if someone could tell me how or if there is a guide that would help. thanks.

Are you folding on that laptop? If so make sure it has good cooling cause it will get hot.

Dont bother folding on the 5870, it has very low PPD and only drags your CPU client.
