Hi All!

Sure i ve got some serious reding to do ..i7's are a lot more diff than the quads i had..

BUT..until i find the perfect OC for me i have one question regadrding my quick and dirty OC @ 4.0

I just put vcore 1.27 and bclk 191 with 21 multiplier...Am i safe there until i start the detailed oc after reading the guides here?

With my setup it runs idle @39 and at high load around 65-69 Celsius

I just want for some weeks to keep a quicj and dirty OC at 4.00

Assuming you've properly tested it with IBT or Linx or Prime 95 - all is good.

it runs for 1 minute and then D1 BSOD...

BUT i was flying 9 hours with MS FSX with NO problems at all...and CPU load from 10-50%....

games mean nothing for stability, If you got a BSOD code d1 that means increase your QPI
