You can't use deals because they are only for limited time.

Also in my sig, I have a rig that I will be making into a prototype for the highest end, expect an intel build log.

Both good brands, but you only really need a 1 year warranty with your company. After that 1 year they can take it to their local mom & pop for repairs or something. Most companies offer a standard 1 year warranty for computers.

Not a smart choice, the audio isn't routed through the HDMI port and that card model is old, old old old.

I'm thinking a GTS 450 they have around the same power and all the benefits of Fermi.

One year then they have a choice to extend it if applicable but I will offer ticket and email support for 3 years. Its about being as friendly as possible.

Also odds are I am going to drop this, I rather invest the 200$ into the D**** T*** Supreme Commander Series, honestly, they would pretty much be unbeatable in pre-builts (For the Price)

Look at my sig, I'll update it when my Xmas build log comes out.

Pfft, a lot of these choices are ripoffs... especially the RAM.
Corsair XMS3 1600 9-9-9, $50, 40 AR. Same price, much better settings.
What build you get depends on your budget. I recommend pretty good builds, usually you can get certain parts within these certain budgets:
$400: Athlon II x4, 4GB DDR3-1600, mid-range video card (i.e. 5670)
$550: Phenom II x4, 4GB DDR3-1600, mid-high end video card (i.e. 5830)
$600: Phenom II x4, 8GB DDR3-1600, mid-high end video card
$700: Phenom II x6, 4GB DDR3-1600, mid-high end video card
$900: Phenom II x6, 4-8GB DDR3-2000, high end video card
