check to make sure you have your cooler mounted properly. if it is you are going to need to buy an aftermarket cooler. not all chips run the same. some run hotter than others, and some have different vid's than others. yours obviously runs a little bit hotter. since you have such a nice expensive chip, i would buy the best aircooler you can afford. maybe a thermalright silver arrow, or noctua nh d-14
to the op, i would start over with the overclock and do it nice and slow. slow raise the bclk by 1-3mhz at a time until you lose stability, then increase vcore and vtt to compensate. or take your current overclock and drop the vcore 1 notch at a time stress testing for stability. once you lose stability kick the vcore back up and do the same with vtt.
