Blury screen after installation of GTX 460

Thread Starter
I recently installed a GTX 460 and I installed the driver that came with the CD.

My resolution is 1680 x 1050. I don't know if it's just my eyes or the card itself.

Thank you.

Try updating to the latest ForceWare Drivers from Nvidia.com. CD-packaged drivers are old and can only bring trouble

use the auto adjust function on your monitor, and don't use the drivers on the cd.... *facepalm*

Unistall the drivers, and get the latest from Nvidia, you should never really use the drivers that come on disk's as they are usually out of date.

It's not the card or your eyes, you need to get the latest drivers and use the auto-adjust button/setting on your display. Silly goose.

Un-installed the driver. Downloaded the 260.99 WHQL. Ran it but it says : This driver have not found compatible graphical material.

Is you're system overclocked? Occasionally when OC'ing, my GPU will disappear from the system until I bump up the voltage on your NorthBridge a little. Otherwise, try taking the card all the way out and reseat it.

Once the GPU appears in the system you can uninstall the nVidia drivers & control panel, and then use "Driver Sweeper" to completely remove any leftovers. After this you can install the latest drivers.

Where they for the correct OS? Also, reseat and reattach the power cords, and run driver sweeper before trying to install new drivers.
