yeah it's on it's way (360mm) i already have a 240 .

I'd go:
res-pump -360 rad - cpu - 240 rad - gpu1 - gpu2

But that's my thought, the only fixed part is the res then pump part, and making sure your CPU gets the coolest water possible. GPUs are less troubled by being hot.

when i mount my rad in my haf(at top) the fans are going to go on the bottombut when i screw in throught the top to mount the rad do i need smaller screws???

Yes, you need short screws to bolt the rad to the case. Long ones will damage your rad and break things in an expensive way. As short as will go through the case and grip the thread on the rad firmly without going any further in.

Edit: I use longer ones as a sort of rad-box thing, holding my rad to the back of the case, and I use extra nuts on the long bolts to prevent the bolts going in too far and piercing the water channels.
