I used one for a long time. The size and shape were awesome to me - it was one of the most comfortable mice I have ever used, on part with the G5/500 shape from logitech. It is a small mouse, so your mileage may vary if you have large hands.

The buttons on the side take some getting used to, but they are really powerful once you do. I know a lot of WoW players who also use the mouse - it seems really popular. I eventually switched to a G500 from it, but that was more of a personal preference thing - the Naga is a really great mouse, aside from the z-axis issues from their mediocre sensor.
