Crysis Benchmark Results

Thread Starter
Still running my E5200 @ 3.2GHz and my GTX470 at stock 607/1215/837 core/shader/memory.

I got:

Run #1- DX9 1280x1024 AA=No AA, 32 bit test, Quality: High ~~ Overall Average FPS: 55.33

Run #1- DX10 1280x1024 AA=No AA, 32 bit test, Quality: High ~~ Overall Average FPS: 47.94

Beat my old score with my Q9550 / GTX 260 in the Crysis Benchmark Results Thread.

I can't wait until I get my Q6600 and overclock it to 3.6GHz. Should see a huge increase.

Gotta wait until I get my Q6600 and Antec TPN750W this week though.

Thoughts?

I thought it was pretty good

I still have a silly E5200 at the moment and 1280x1024 is the standard for benching, with all high and either dx9 or dx10.

I actually scored lower with my overclock on my GTX470 running 800/1600

So I'm going to go back to 750/1500 and see if that helps.

Getting my Q6600 this week so that should help heaps.

Thats funny that you say that because a friend of mine with a GTX480 had the same problems...lol actually in some benchmarks he is a little lower or even with my 4890 with his card being OC'ed....and he is running a Q9550...

And people say ATI make crummy drivers...lol no but really thats what he is thinking is the deal with that is...not sure he going to try other drivers to see...

Yeah I think that means my 800/1600 score is either unstable or being bottlenecked by my E5200 @ 3.2GHz

I personally don't like ATI but however, I'm positive that both sides of the spectrum have their issues.

On a side note, OT, since I installed my GTX470 I've had no problems at stock and OC'd.

I'll post back when I get my Q6600 that should help alot
