"Error Code 0"

Thread Starter
I was transferring a file that is 5GB in size onto a thumb drive then was going to put it on my PC.

I am going from Mac => Thumb-drive => PC. Anyway I can do this without running into these stupid FAT32 file limits?

with the windows pc convert the usb stick to ntfs
start -> run -> cmd [enter]
convert x: /FS:NTFS
(use your usb drive letter instead of x)

there is a ntfs driver for mac

As the above poster said, convert the thumb drive to ntfs. Mac can read from it natively, and as far as i know there isn't a file size limitation.
