Way to go guys. BOINC > F@H in my opinion. BOINC uses rosetta software. Rosetta has consistently beat the Stanford researchers in performance benchmarks gauging the accuracy of protein structure simulation software. The benchmark is called CASP and is conducted every 2 years.

I think F@H has more members simply because they have better PR and came out with a PS3 version. It's amazing how much people care about benchmarks regarding hardware here on this site but any time I bring up software benchmarks comparing protein structure simulation software all I hear is crickets...
