BAD parts in GOOD games. - Page 4

Far cry 2, hated almost everything about that game, the game mechanics AKA when you kill everyone at an outpost, they simply respawn after some time really made me mad. Weapons being super fragile, no weapon in real life degrades that quick. Story was alright, NOT great but was interesting, oh and THE DRIVING, REALLY?

GTA 4, probably the beginning missions for Vlad, oh and its terrible performance unless you have a beefy hardware.

Halo CE or 2, the flood, just hate those levels, just HAATE.

GTA IV great game but stupid amount of crashes during game play and textures dissapearing sometimes.

Assassins creed 2: No more shadows of clouds brushing over you as you climb a tower to imerge at the top greeted by amazing sunsine

Half life 2 : It had to end frown.gif

Stalker series : unable to keep my attention

Fear 2 : not scary anymore

Hitman blood money witcher and mass effect : no xbox controller support

Metal gear series(PS2) stupid long cut scenes with no pause facility

Steam(the site) too many cheap games have made them less special to me as too many to play now

The one that really comes to mind for me is The Force Unleashed. They some how managed to take what should have been the coolest part of the game, bringing down a star destroyer with the force, and made it terrible and annoying. The little icons that guide you are so far off i took me an hour to figure out the game had no idea what it was talking about. It goes much smoother when you just ignore the on-screen directions.

Dont worry, I liked it too.

Oh! Safe cracking in Splinter Cell Double Agent. Combat in Alpha Protocol (Had a good story, awesome dialogue)

Mass Effect 2 - Scanning Planets
Dragon Age Origins - "Your inventory is full"
Fallout 3 - "Your inventory is full" and crafting crap
BFBC2 - No more Tea Bagging
Arma 2 - Voices!!!
World of Warcraft - Activison

In Mass Effect 2 scanning Uranus in makes it all better though tongue.gif

Mass effect one, when your inventory got full and it was awkward to choose what to omni-gel.

Edit: If you haven't scanned Uranus in game, go do it now haha.

Crysis: I agree with the mountain and aliens.
HL2: The bug parts I found annoying, especially having to move the wood around.
HL1: Trying to do the minefield without the mine detector (I missed it somewhere).
Far Cry 1: Trigens handing me my butt and the last 3 levels.
Games with achille's heel bosses. Too many to remember all of them.
Witcher: the god awful hell dog, first act boss. I stopped after beating it.
All games otherwise good.

If you haven't discovered any locations near where you need to go you better be prepared to walk for like 10 minutes with usually no action.

If you are on the PC version, I know in New Vegas if you hit the tilde key "~" which is to the left of the 1 button and under the esc button, you can use console commands and if you type in movetoqt it will take you to where ever the map marker is for that quest. WALKING PROBLEM SOLVED! wink.gif

The original Mafia, the race car level.

Fantastic game, bad part.

For those of you saying (game) all of it... seriously? Do you even understand the OP?
