can't boot or restore - help!

My system was fine yesterday and now I don't know what to do. When I try to boot into windows 7, the windows logo appears and then my system restarts with no blue screen or message. Safe mode does the same thing. So I tried to boot from my acronis true image restore cd. acronis loads but the my system restarts, again with no message or blue screen. So I try the windows 7 installation cd but the same thing happens. I

I'm not overclocked and I tried clearing the cmos. All my ram is detected and everything looks fine. I'm stuck here and could really use some help. Thanks!

I've also pulled all my ram and have only one stick in but it still won't boot into anything.
