i got these guys at 1800-1900mhz range on my pc with 9-10-9-26 timings
only at 1.55v but thats what is suggested.

it also runs at 1600mhz 8-9-8-23 1.55v

any advise on which clock/timings to choose?

also, if i really wanted better preformance would raising the voltage help with the timings at 1800-1900mhz or no?

and lastly, where do you even begin to go to 2000mhz?
it only says 1896 or something in bios options

Try raising the voltage to 1.6-1.65V, should be no trouble. You may need to raise CPU-NB voltage as well, high speed can take a toll on AMD IMC's, though the 1090T IC is definitely capable. If you can manage CAS6-7 at 1600Mhz, it'd be easier to stabilize and you would have equal-better results.

6-6-6, 7-7-7, 7-8-7, etc. The first value in timings is the CAS latency.

ah, k. i dont know what those timing values mean independently, just a loose understanding of them as a whole

what should i reconfigure the nb voltage, and bus frequency to in an attempt to complement the 1600 cas 6-7 memory clock?

Of course, upping the NB voltage has a huge effect on performance on AMD; bus frequency, not so much, that doesn't really matter unless you need to overclock to a certain point to get a certain speed available (i.e. 2000Mhz).
