Oh, I just forgot. You might want to get two hose clamps as well. The Rasa kit already uses 7/16" ID tubing on 1/2" Barbs, which can be done without hose clamps. The kit does come with clamps for extra insurance though so you might want to consider getting two more for the waterblock.

Simplest thing would be to just keep your Corsair and do a GPU-only loop.

What's the point of dumping the CPU into a loop with a GPU if you can keep them separate?

I just did this myself and I'm disappointed with the results. Wasted $100 on the best CPU block and $50 on a 360 rad in a loop with 2 GPUs and anther 360 rad, and temps are about 55C under Prime 95. That's no better than a $100 Corsair H70 with a 120mm rad.

Silver Kill Coil - $5

Total: $270 + Tax + Ship

As far as warranties go, removing the stock cooler voids the warranty. However, if your card does fail, simply reinstalling the stock cooler and sending it in will usually get you a new card.
There is no such thing as a FC570, don't see it being listed on the EK webstore. The gtx 570 card uses the FC580

Ah, my bad! Thanks. I knew the 580 block fit the 570 but I thought EK would make a dedicated 570 block so the engraved name on the waterblock would match your graphics card. (Then again, they didn't do that for the 5870/5850 so what was I thinking...)

Well once everything is in your system you can't see the engraving, so maybe EK decided that it's not worth it to make another block for the 570

Yeah, kinda sucks because that means you can't get a correctly labeled backplate, either.

Those nickel backplates look so amazing. They're the favorite part of my loop.

Ideally I want to sell the H50. Its less than a month old actually. I'm not overclocking it at all, I'm just doing it to quiet down the system and keep the overall ambient temps down. 80% of the time the machines just at idle anyway.

I'd like to. I'm still up in the air on the gpu block though. My main concern is idle temps. With the stock cooler under load my temps are around 70c, and at idle its around 50. How much of a difference would putting it into the loop make?

Idle <30C
Load <50C

And without that vacuum cleaner fan
