Arch installer help

Needing some help installing arch. I made a Live USB via unetbootin. Booted to it, and got grub, no problems so far. Get to the CLI and I run into problems

I get a note that says
Code:
usb 5-1: new full speed USB device using uhci-hcd and address 2
scsi 4:0:0:0: Direct Access Kingston DT 101 G2 PMAP PQ: 0 ANSI: 0 CSS

This is my boot drive

A couple of lines down, it says
Code:
sdb: sdb1
sd 4:0:0:0: [sdb] Assuming drive cache: write through
sd 4:0:0:0: [sdb] Attached SCSI removable disk

So that's saying it's looking in sdb1 for the boot device?

Directly under the above, it says this
Code:
ERROR: boot devic didn't show up after 30 seconds...
     Falling back to interactive prompt
You can try and fix the problem manually, log out when you are finished
/bin/sh:can't access tty; job control turned off
[ramfs /]# _

So it can't find the installer here I'm assuming? I googled and found a ton of other people with this problem, but cannot find a solution. Here's what I know:

echo /dev/sd** gives me sda, sda1, sda2, sda5, sdb, sdb1. Not sure why so many though, I only have a single usb drive and a single OS+swap. Not sure which one of these is my usb drive.

I tried
Code:
ln -sf /dev/sdc /dev/archiso
to each of the above devices in turn, none of them even returned anything.

Past this, I'm stuck for now. If anyone has any ideas, that'd be amazing.

You need to edit syslinux.cfg. Change any occurrence of "archisolabel=xxx" to "archisolabel=drive_name" where drive_name is whatever the drive shows up as in Windows. If it has no label I'm not sure what you put in here, so just give it a label wink.gif It's case-sensitive too.

I've run into this nearly every time I use UNetbootin because I forget to make this small change.
