Boot into black Screen.

Was just scanning a drive and found a virus but I have auto run off and it was on a thumbdrive. So then I start scanning it with other programs and they don't see it. So I was like "Huh.." and rebooted my computer. I can boot into safe mode just fine but whenever I boot normally I can see my mouse pointer and everything else is black.

Help?

The virus I found on the drive was Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Injecter.eqg

Also it lets me sign into my account in windows and all that shows up just once I boot it it goes black and stays there.

Maybe scan your drive in safe mode, and run a malware remove program like malwarebytes too. eject any CD/DVDs in your optical drives, and unplug some peripherals of your pc to see if something happens..
Edit: also when you try each, restart the pc, you can try them at once but restart the pc, you could also leave the pc at that black screen for some time to see if it pass it with more time.
