My Mosfet temp is 57c at 100% cpu load .
What's the temp of the CPU? When I was putting indigoextreme on my i7 when it got way way to hot it downclocked itself by 75 ish percent. Check CPU temp and MOSFET temps

Ah, I thought you had an M4A88TD-V EVO... I just realized you have an M4A88TD-M EVO. The 4+1 power phase (unheatsinked). An unheatsinked 4+1 power phase is very risky on the x6 especially if you have a tower cooler and the mosfets get no air at all; however, I don't believe CPU's have ever downclocked due to overheating mosfets before - only overheating CPU. Mosfet cooling may help though; see if you can find a kit of MOS-C1 - or better yet and safer, get a new motherboard with 8+2 mosfets & cooling.

I just left the computer under prime95 load last night, at 4080 at a Core Voltage of 1.5V.

Ive got a Noctua NH-D14, should i be seeing temps this high?

I have the M4A88TD-V Evo/USB3
