Sorry but I am tired of doing constant research for my build, plus if I change my cpu now I will have to change my motherboard choice and I might have to change my video card choice depending on what I get. so, sorry, I'm in too deep now.
No sweat man, you will be pleased with the system I am sure

Best of luck

Thanks.

So after taking some advice from the members on this forum here is my revised list of components.

Corsair TX650W 650W ATX 12V 52A 24PIN ATX Power Supply
Hitachi Deskstar 7K1000.C 1TB 1000GB Hard Drive SATA2 7200RPM 32MB Cache 3.5IN
Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition
Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 775MHZ 1GB 4.0GHZ GDDR5
ASUS M4A88TD-V EVO/USB3 Radeon 4250 Motherboard
AMD Phenom II 965 Quad Core CPU
Corsair XMS3 CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 4GB DDR3 2X2GB
Antec Three Hundred Mini Tower

In all honesty I am tired of debating and consulting and debating over again on what parts to choose and so I just want to get it over and be done with it.

this looks like a great build, don't forget an optical drive if he needs it XD i did my first build haha. The stock heatsink from the 965 should provide you with some mild OC if you want, overall looks pretty future "resistant" have fun with it.

Hey thanks for reminding me, I will probably pick one up from Tiger Direct.
As for overclocking concerns, I doubt I will need to really overclock it at the moment. The 965 already has plenty of power out of the box and I am not even running crossfire.......yet Plus if I really want to overclock it, I will get an aftermarket cooler.

Looks great, but I don't really trust Hitachi for hard drives; go with WD, Seagate or Samsung preferably. That's about it

really? I've heard people say bad things about WD and Seagate, and good things about Hitachi.
