I would keep the 460's
let's say you get $300 for the both of them
You pay $500 for 580 that's paying $200 for a side grade
Might even be a downgrade.

I would keep the 2 GTX460's to be honest as I don't think you will have any problems with temps In your new case with the 460's air cooled. I have two 460's and a GTX480 and the nearest 460 only hits 70-75oC under full load folding and that card is within 2mm of the GTX480 heatsink which is at 70oC+ so probably worst case scenario.
