Cheapest blue LED 120mm fans ?

Hi,

I'm looking for the cheapest blue LED 120mm fans in Canada.

I'm upgrading my friend's computer and he's like 17 so he wants a flashy-looking computer.

The case is a Antec 1200 (my old case) but i changed all the LED fans for some YL and sold the fans but now he wants some LED so what would u suggest. Performance on the fan is not really important as any fan will be a big improvement from what he had ...

I saw this Coolermaster 2000RPM fan for $5 and this pack of rosewill for 12.50$ but the shipping is $10

So as I said, its in an Antec 1200 so I'll need 3 front fans for sure

For the inside of the case im hesitating ... I have a Hyper 212+ in push-pull (the stock fan + a 1450RPM YL ... not sure its a good idea ...) I would like to replace those with some LED fans or just keep them as they are and add some lighting like NZXT Sleeved LED kit ....

What do you guys think ? I'd like to keep everything under 35$ (including shipping) ... Fans are so expensive in canada T_T

I'd recommend these, cheap, effective and reliable.

Edit: Just noticed the yate loons are on sale for 6.99 CAD till the 23rd, also with blue leds.

Yeah I could pricematch the CM fans for 5$ which is pretty cool. I'd wanna go with some cold cathode but I couldnt fit them horizontally O_o...

Should i get 5 LED fans ? (3 front and 2 push-pull on the heatsink)

The R 4s from Cooler master are very quiet and potent as well.
