Mine is folding @4.5ghz 1.4V watercooled, few months now, no issues at all.Cores max in high 60's.I'd say were ok.

You should be fine. I've been running 1.41250v for six months and nothing is broken yet.

Swiftech Apogee XT has a massive restriction (for a CPU waterblock).
Your flow would be better if you had a chance to change that block to a Ek Supreme HF or a Heatkiller Rev 3.0 for example.
The both of them also perform better in terms of temperature, besides the flow advantage.

Out of curiosity what is your batch number? seems the B batch is the one you want with the 980x. My A batch won't even touch that frequency without stepping well over 1.4V. It would hardly do 4350.

EDIT: is HT on or off?

HT is on. I will check the batch # when I get off work. Sanders, any idea how much performance increase in cooling? (Have to be a lot to be willing to go through the trouble of replacing it.)

BTW, what exactly is folding, advantages and disadvantages of doing it?

Might save you a few degrees (3 to 4 at best)
If your not an enthouisiast then you might not want to get into it, thats understandable.
Differences in watercooling are quite small, but al those little adaptions together...

Also providing pictures of a test loop with a Apogee XT, and with just an Bitspower GPU block:

See all the bubbles popping up in the reservoir?
Water has far less resistance with the GPU block in stead of the Apogee.
But again: if your not mega enthousiastic about all this and just want a working watercooling it is a perfectly fine block

folding @ home is using your computers unused calculating power for research like molecular structure simulation and stuff

My batch # is 3031A241, I'm assuming it's an "A" batch since that's the only letter in there.
