more pcı express mhz,more fps?

hi guys,
i know many boards giving 100 to 190mhz pcı express speed on their bios..so is it very ımportant or what we can get fastest pcı clock?
i saw some websites said,dont use pcı clock over 105mhz..

there is a high clock settings for pcı express but we musnt use this settings?
whats the true about pcı express speed?

Not even a 580/6970 can completely saturate a 16x PCI-E 2.0 link, therefore you don't really have anything to gain by increasing the PCI-E frequency.

In all honesty you'd upset your components more than you have to gain by doing this.

using high pci mhz can/will lead to data corruption.

nothing atm uses the data bandwidth of the 2.0 or 2.1 (forgot the difference),

some boards have the pci mhz at 90, most ppl raise this when they oc, but it should be kept around 100

my 470 dont like any higher than 107mhz, my sata drives dont like higher than 115mhz.
but with the pci videocard, and an IDE drive, i can bump it to 130mhz and post at 260+ bclk
