Scythe katana 3 vs Zalman CNPS9900 LED

What you think whats better of these two? I can get both at hte same price becuz ill get used zalman and if choose katana ill buy it from the store.. What you think than.. who is the winner?

Well between the two I would get the Zalman for the looks and the quiet fan. But if your going to spend between 20~30 dollars on any of them might as well get a hyper 212+ it's going to be brand new and blows both those coolers away.

thanks.. and i bought it today a brand new one.. but i got question about oc-ing if not going off topic to far..
i have e7400 currently @ 3.8GHz 1.3625V and in prime95 temp doesnt go over 56°C but i cant get it stable at 4.0GH without increasing vcore at least to 1.42 or more.. if i adjust my other settings will it make it more stable and will i be able to lower vcore?
