Hey guys after looking around I think I'm going to order this one..

I will also apply AS5 on the GPU and CPU. Do I need to do anything else while I have the cover off?

Make sure you hook EVERYTHING back up before you plug the network cable back in (or wifi)......you'll get an Insta-ban from xbox live if you don't!

I installed the green version of that into my 360 and it does move a good chunk more air for cooling but as far as noise it was still pretty audible. I got the e74 red ring anyway so its still not a fixall for the heat issues with the xbox's just a heads up

It does however look very cool

but i love the new s versions, its silent

There is no way it's louder than my current fans. I'd even take 3/4 of the sound

the 3red rings issue can be fixed with gonna laugh but proper sized rubber washers.. prob is the heatsink dosnt sit on the chip properly.. Ive seen some upgraded hatsinks for the 360 aswell but those mighta been custom jobs..

Carefull with 3rd party fans attachments. some were causing condensation top form on the console
