help, 200mhz bclk

Thread Starter
this is weird. i can run 200mhz bclk stable at 4ghz right, but after i put 200mhz bclk in bios and reboot, cpuz reports my blck at 197. i know sometimes it can fluctuate by a small percentage, but this is 3mhz

should i try going to 203?
