Folders help me build a multi-purpose "Farm"

I'm going to build a rig in the next month or so with many purposes. One task that it will do the majority of time is fold. One of the main aspect I am putting in this build is RELIABLITY! It will be on 24/7 so I want quality parts that won't die.

I have one big question, since this rig will also be used by my girlfriend whenever she wants, I am wondering if there is very simple ways she can throttle the folding usage so she can do whatever without any noticeable performance decrease.

Tell me how well this looks. GPUs are good? I'm also not sure about the CPU/Mobo/Ram bundle for folding. I know it should be good for gaming and my GFs use, but not sure if it's good for folding. Is there any parts I can switch out for better performance/price. My budget is $600-800 for this build. Thanks and this will be put to use for the OCN team....well after I try to win something from Asus

Uses:
Gaming: When friends come over (BFBC2, SC2, CS:S)
Folding: I'm guessing 75-85% of the time
Girlfriend: Web browsing, MS Office, Youtube

Parts I picked out already:
Mobo, CPU, RAM (The $459bundle)

GPU (I'm planning on getting 2. Might get another 1 for my sig rig)

I might want the 460 in SLI or wait for the 560.

Case

PSU
650 watts. Either Seasonic, Antec Truepower, XFX (Seasonic made), Corsair. Depends on which one I can find on sale.

I already bought the HDD, OS, Monitor (1600x1080)

Looks good to me. Probably want to put aftermarket cooling on that CPU for folding. You won't need to do anything for your girlfriend to use the PC while it is folding. The priority is really low for the folding apps, they throttle down automatically when used. I would suggest the Corsair PSU. I am a huge fan... had several and never been let down.

Alright, well I have my old Cooler Master V8 I could use as long as it fits in the case.

Thats good to know. I can probably teach her about folding but it would be better if it can do 2 things at once.

And if it doesn't (cause it is a bulky mofo), just pick up a Corsair H50/H70, they're relatively cheap and give a lot of bang for your buck

Yeah I was thinking about that. My other option is use some of my old WC parts. I would just need to buy a res and block, then i'm all set..but i'd rather keep it to air since i'm afraid of the pump failing after 24/7 of usage.

Folding 24/7 with great temps for a long time now.
If it does decide to fail Corsair is great with warranty are your parts that it may have caused trouble to.
