What GTX 570 to get ? Difference between manufacturers

Hi, i have decided to get a GTX 570 but i cant decide between the various hardware manufacturers.

Here are my choices,

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/produc...ortby=priceAsc

Does each company actually manufacture the cards or does one do it and the others just re-brand them?

Why is there a difference in price the only difference seems to be aesthetics, if this is the case i like the look of the POV one (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...56&subcat=1010)

Are POV a good manufacturer then ?

Thanks

Go with EVGA imo. Great customer service and their products are top quality.

Right now all 570 are references. So they are all the same. Only thing that matters is the companies warranty/customer support

When it comes to Nvidia, I like Evga and Asus

I'm not as familiar with European AIB partners as I am with North American ones... whichever one has the best combination of price and warranty really Between reference models this should be the primary factor in making a determination.
