$15 EXCELLENT for 5 maps?

LOL

Seriously?

How long does it take for them to make a map?

And "4 original maps?"

That's 4 maps from past games that have been just revamped....

If if they are truly "Original", $5 per map is not justified, and it doesn't mean that they will be GOOD maps.

What a rip off.

I'm sorry but unless these maps are the size of Half life 1 maps and they raise the player limit to 32 there's no way i'm paying for them.

I'm not poor. $15 for 5 maps is excellent? Would you like to pay $300 for the entirety of Black Ops then before the map packs? If we're charging only $3 per map, then what about the cost of entire game itself? Weapons gotta be worth something too, right?

I bought MW2 (for $35), and when the map packs came out, I didn't purchase those. Honestly, though, with dedicated servers on the PC, there's no real way to enforce a $15 price on the map pack on the PC.

And in reponse to someone comparing the cost of BC2 to Black Ops right now - if you're going to compare costs, then at least compare costs during the correct times. If we're just gonna compare current costs, then all of these games are a waste of money when you can buy Counter-Strike for $5-10.

Now, I agree that $15 for map packs is ridiculous, but until that supposed free map pack with all new maps drops, you're doing the same thing for BC2 as you are with Black Ops (Map Pack vs BC:Vietnam). At least with Black Ops you can play every game mode on every map, whereas with BC2 you had to wait a few months before they released the modes on other maps.

Good thing you can share map packs on PS3. I don't mind paying $3 for it.

Original... ORIGINAL >.<

Its basically $3 per map. OH MAH GAWD. People need to calm down. I'm willing to bet half the people complaining about this are just hopping on a train and following what other people are saying and in the end, they will buy the maps. If not, you have no reason to complain because your not forced to buy it. I bet if the maps where $7 everyone would complain.

15/5=5? What I think you've might have misread the buttons on the calculator cause I know no one can get that wrong by doing it in their heads. And yes it is a good deal considering what they have charged for map packs before, Like for example $10 for 3 maps in halo 3 and other games.

With the steam sale of BC2 for $7 + $14 for vietnam. I couldn't see anyone going out and buying a $15 map pack that gives u no extra guns, or content, just 4 maps that were probably made months and months ago and should of been in the game to start with. At least Vietnam came months after BC2 and is a XPack.

7 + 14 = 21$
Two games for 20?
Or one game for $75?
Simple math there folks!!!!

Man BO has two less maps than previous COD. This DLC should be cheaper or include 6 maps.
