Sign up of an account, and then go into your router settings and find where to put the dns hostname.
I use opendns and a dlink 655.
Below are the instructions for my router. It should be similar for yours.
Dlink DIR-655 Router
The following are instructions for updating the DNS settings on a dlink DIR-655 router:
1. Go to your router access page (http://192.168.0.1) click "SETUP" at top of page.
2. Select "INTERNET" on left-hand side, and then click "Manual Internet Connection Setup" at bottom of page.
3. In the DHCP section type in 184.108.40.206 in the Primary DNS Server box, and 220.127.116.11 in the Secondary DNS Server box.
4. Click "SAVE SETTINGS" at top of page.
