You could modify the bios, or afterburner.

Crap lol. I just got around over-clocking in general, what is "modifying the bios"?

So the bios is going to have a stored voltage to always use and what you could do is modify it so that it uses a higher voltage. You can also do the same thing for gpu/mem speed.

Oh so this in in the Motherboard BIOs? I always thought when other people talked about this, that it was some other sort of BIOs, like on dedicated to the GPU.....

No its not in your motherboard bios. you have to literally rewrite the GPU bios and flash it, to do what he is talking about...

But if you are going to do the make sure read as much information you can and dont rush it can only take mear seconds to turn you card into a big expensive paper weight.....

Try and find another way...just keep searching...IMO not worth it to mess with stock bios...

All the fingers point to using Afterburner, which no I am not using. It messes with fan control "which is essential" and can only do Core Voltages.....

Though the disabling Ulps thing seems noticeable....
