looking to buy a gtx 460 - Page 3

With the GTX 460 Hawk edition you can't be wrong, OC like no other card, mine is at 930mhz with a few simple tricks, temps are 64C at full load and is comparable to 470 at stock or even hd 5870 at stock.

I got mine for 250dls last september, today at 190dls and I cannot imagine how much price will go down in time for my summer system upgrade.

I think you are confused, the 460 SE is slower than any GTX 460, has fewer CUDA cores and runs at lower frequency.

Check this out:

even though its $10 more the tax brings it up $18 more. I think that 465 you listed is the best deal since tigerdirect isn't going to charge me tax

unless there is something else that is a better deal then the 465 for 165 shipped and 145 after rebate i think i will buy this, I am not affraid of a little heat and noise. any idea how long the coupon will last for?

Although I am sure the 460 performs better, i am almost certain that it is not noticeable maybe 4 frames difference
