They're made by the Taiwanese OEM Costar, who makes keyboards for Rosewill, Filco, Das, Steelseries, some Ducky models, and probably a few others that I can't think of right now. Despite being made by the same company, and being very similar externally, there's various differences between the different keyboards, particularly with electronics. At one point, every keyboard that Costar made other than the Filcos had serious issues with ghosting, blocking and general suckage.

Anyone use these switches? What's the word?
They've been stocking them for about a year and a half now.

Probably my second favorite switch after the buckling springs, even though they are nothing like buckling springs.

I'm skeptical about these boards, but maybe I'll pick one up to test.
They are compared with browns because they are low-force, tactile and quiet, but they're more tactile than the browns, and more smooth. Some compare them with good quality rubber dome keyboards, but there's no rubber dome keyboard out there that's anywhere near as good as them.
