So when playing wow i sometimes get fps drops and i noticed that 580 is working in 2d speeds. How can i make the card work at its stock speed ?

u can try going to the power options in windows and set it to high performance mode before starting playing the game or this ones a little tricky download nvidia inspector and then set the 2d clocks what u want them to be through nvidia inspector....

Edit game profile, or use rivatuner based programs to force speeds.

its already at high performance but i ll try to do it via nvidia inspector. there might be another way tho thru editing a .cfg file or something. thats how i did it while using a ati card.

or else one permanent way is to modify ur 2d clocks through editing the bios using nibitor then flash ur card with this modofied bios....
