Mionix naos 5000 is a very nice mouse...its not huge but I doubt you would have any problems except possible pinkie drag. You could also look at a rat7/rat9 as they are adjustable for whatever your hand size.

if you dont find any mainstream mice to be comfortable maybe you will find this to be comfortable

I'm enjoying my Logitech Performance MX. Had it for almost a month and I can't imagine using the old hp laptop thing I use to swear by. The side tilting scroll wheel is rather lacking but not needed. Great battery life, and you can charge it as you use it.
