New to WC

Well heres another noobie asking for water cooling advice

I'll start with listing my computer spec and what i'll want cooling.

Intel i5 750 @ 4ghz - WC
4gb Corsair XMS3 RAM ( Soon to be 8gb) - Most likely won't have these cooled unless you people tell me otherwise
2x Ati Radeon 5850s - WC
2x Corsair 32gb SSD in raid0 - No need to be WC at all
1tb Seagate storage drive - someone clear up if this will need to be cooled as there will be no fan at the drive bay.
tx750w corsair psu - No wc obviously.

This is the case I have
I don't know much about the necessities on WC but I do know that you need a pump/reservoir and the only place I can see it going is in between the psu and the drive bays. Would that be enough space?

I would like to keep the setup as quiet as possible and I have read that the only noisy part of WC can be the pump and obviously the rad fan. I'll just go for a low db fan but I would like to get as quiet as possible pump and I know that that will add a bit more to the cost of the setup. Also I am hopefully very capable of putting this all together if I get some help on which bits go where.

So to finish here are a few questions i'd liked cleared up and maybe if you could link me to some guides on aftercare and what is needed for a full setup.
About how much will a setup cost containing 1 cpu block and 2 gpu blocks + all the requirements?
Some good places to get all the equipment from?
I have read that 25% anti freeze and 75% distilled water is a good liquid to use. If there are any better substances please say.

Thanks before hand

Do I need 2 rads becuase I have a 3 block loop or are you just suggesting?

Couldn't I mount a rad up on top where the top fan is?
and do I have to put a fan on each rad?
