wouldn't it be nice to build a laptop just as good as alienware without the junk software at half the price like we do with desktops.

My router is faster. I think it runs at 330MHz.

All jokes aside, I'm really disappointed at Alienware for not testing them well enough... Surely they would have seen it sometime. My guess is that they went "meh, it shouldn't be THAT much of a issue..."
